How does Mini Town Collect and process your information?

Mini Town does not collect personal data in any of its kid’s apps. Mini Town may collect personal data that parents voluntarily provide on the website. We also collect non-personal data which does not directly identify an individual. Mini Town may collect non-personal information about the use of the website and apps to help us improve our services.

We do not collect data for or present personalized ads in our games designed for families

We monetize our advertising inventory with our partnered ad networks. We may also cross promote our other games on the game you are playing. Mini Town may also choose to cross promote applications of other developers who maintain high levels of Privacy and Security similar to ours. We take reasonable steps to ensure our advertisements are appropriate for family and children.

Tracking

Mini Town is always striving to improve the quality of its games and services. To find out our users’ likes and dislikes and understand how we can tailor our games to their interests we carry out analysis with the help of third party analytics providers. These providers are approved by the relevant store on which the games are hosted and have Privacy Policies in place to maintain the privacy and security of the users’ data.

Account Creation:

Some of our games may have the option to create an optional account or profile. This account may require additional information such as a username and age. The username will be publicly available but any other information you provide can be set to invisible via in-game settings.

The creation of this account is completely optional and not required to play the game.

Payment Information:

Most of our games are free to play with optional in-app purchases. These purchases might include removing ads from the game or purchasing virtual currency to get in game items. When you purchase these products or services you will need to share your information with our payment processing partners. This includes name, phone number, payment and billing addresses and complete credit card information.

Data Retention Policy:

Mini Town may retain personal data that you have submitted to us for as long as necessary to solve or address the relevant issue for which the information was submitted. When the relevant issue has been addressed and the information can not reasonably be expected to be used to solve an issue, it is deleted from our records.
